Jose J. Martinez, age 54, of Camden, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2017. He was born to the late Obdulio Martinez and Maria Diaz in Lares, Puerto Rico. Jose remained a life long resident of Camden, NJ. He enjoyed devoting his life to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Jose leaves behind to carry on his legacy, his beloved wife Jeanette Salcedo and children Jose J. Martinez, Michael Martinez, Juan J. Martinez, Aramis J. Martinez, Fraynette Tauarez, Magiuel Tauarez, Efrain Tauarez; brothers Carlos Martinez, Obdulio Martinez, Miguel Martinez, Alejandro Martinez, and Juan Martinez; sisters Nora Martinez and Mercedes Martinez; eight loving grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 9am to 11am at St. Joseph Pro Cathedral, located at 2907 Federal St Camden, NJ 08105.
