David Lawrence Anderson

November 16, 1984 - January 15, 2022

David Lawrence Anderson, 37, of Cinnaminson, passed away, Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Jefferson Hospital in Cherry Hill, NJ. He was born in 1984 in Camden, NJ to Timothy Anderson and Maryann Theresa (Tierno) Vasinda. David was a special kind of person. He was known as "Dancing Dave" at Sammy's Car Wash in Maple Shade, NJ which gave him some notoriety with the radio station WPST. David loved working at Sammy's with his work sister; Cherylann and Sammy's loved him very much! He loved the horror genre, watching movies and was the best and scariest performer during the haunted car wash at Sammy's. He also participated in "Scares that care", creating short films, whose proceeds went to Children's Hospitals. He was a generous, self-less and humble young man. His hobbies included horror films, video games and creating short films. David is survived by his father and his wife; Tim and Kim Anderson, his mother and her husband; Maryann and John Vasinda, his sister; Melissa Land, his brother and his wife; Nicholas and Paige Anderson, his step-sister; Miikë, as well as, his nieces and nephews; Emma, Adam, Mya and Ridley. A memorial gathering will be Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Mahaffey Milano Funeral Home, 11 E. Kings Highway, Mount Ephraim, NJ 08059. A celebration of life will begin at 3:00pm. Cremation will be private.
