Alan Chambers

Alan Wayne Chambers, 69, of Pennsauken, passed away on June 17, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Alan was born on August 2, 1951 to Laird and Dorothy Chambers. He was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Chambers (Nancy). He was the owner of Chambers Landscaping. Alan's true passion in life was music and he played bass in Piney Hollow Drifters, Warm Hearted Country, Rustic Rhythms and whenever they needed a bass player at Albert Music Hall, Alan was there for them. Alan also enjoyed anything to do with American History. He will be missed deeply by his loved ones. Alan is survived by his wife, Lauren (nee Senderling); son, Brian Chambers, and daughter, Cheryl Soboleski (Shawn); and grandchildren, Samantha, Vanessa, Aaron and Kennedy. Alan is also survived by his in-laws, Frank, Louise (Robert), and Gale (Dusty); and his cherished dogs, Sparky and Katie. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on July 10th, 2021 at 11:30AM at the Living Hope Christian Church, 37 Coles Avenue, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Pennsauken First Aid Squad, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd., Pennsauken, NJ 08110.
